The Matching Process:

We work both directly with parents as well as community partners in the greater Grand Rapids area to identify children that could benefit from a positive role model. All volunteers must be currently enrolled at least half time at GVSU and pass a rigorous screening process.

Strong connections between mentors and mentees are essential but belonging to a larger team as a whole matters too. Leveraging technology we provide all team members with a variety of tools and welcome frequent communication and feedback.
